After reviewing each candidate’s materials, we will notify you if proceeding with a phone interview. After the first round of interviews (by phone), we will select candidates to interview on campus. Depending on the position, an on campus interview may include speaking with administrators and faculty members, as well as observing classrooms. Visiting campus is an important part of our interview process and offers a sense of what it means to work and teach at Terra.
