What is the PAL Fund?  PAL Fund plays a crucial role in ensuring that our outstanding guides and staff receive the recognition and appreciation they truly deserve. This fund has been instrumental in enhancing the overall well-being and morale.

How to Donate? We encourage a donation of $125 per child.  We understand that every family's circumstances are unique, please know that any contribution, regardless of the amount, is deeply appreciated.  However, if you have the means to give more, your additional donation will help cover any shortfalls and ensure that everyone receives a meaningful token of our gratitude.

You can make your payment via Venmo at @PAL-Fund or contact pal@terraatserenbe.org to make other payment arrangements.

What does the PAL Fund cover? The PAL Fund covers a range of initiatives, all of which are aimed at showing our gratitude and support to the hardworking guides and staff. Here are the key areas where your contributions to the PAL Fund are invested:

  • Birthdays: We believe that celebrating the birthdays is a wonderful way to show them how much we care.

  • Winter Gift: As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that our guides and staff feel appreciated during this festive time.

  • Funding Staff Appreciation Week (May 6-10): We organize a week of special activities and gifts to boost morale and create a positive atmosphere within our school community.

  • End of the Year Gift: As the school year draws to a close, we like to express our thanks to the guides and staff for their unwavering commitment.

Equity It's important to note that the PAL Fund is committed to fairness and equity. All contributions are split equitably among the guides and staff, ensuring that each member of our dedicated team receives a meaningful token of our gratitude.

We thank you for helping us come together to celebrate and show our gratitude to the incredible guides and staff who play an essential role in our learner's educational journey.
